As happens often, one airline will retire a particular aircraft and another inaugurates service with the same plane, now in new livery. On a few ocassions the exact same safety cards (no doubt left in the seat pockets upon sale or lease of the plane) will be re-issued for the new carrier. Here is a great example where only the airline name was changed and all graphics remained the same for this BAC 1-11 jet. Notice that the card still reads with American Airlines trademark "Astrojet" and that the side of the aircraft has a lightning bolt and the letters "N-E-S". Last checked, "Bahamasair" ends with "A-I-R". So we know where Bahamasair got their jets! Click on Image for a close up look! This item is for display only and not available for sale.
